Who it's for

This program is for new parents with babies up to 6 months old. Whether you are new to the fitness community or not, this class is designed for YOU! Every class is modified for the individual athlete. You will be a part of a community of fellow parents who will support and encourage you through this stage of life.

How will this work?

You are welcome to bring any essential your baby will need: Strollers, bouncers & play mats are all encouraged! Your baby will stay with you while you move, sweat and connect with others. Don't worry if your baby need extra attention during class. We've all been there! Feel free to take some time out to feed, change or simply love on your baby. Or even better- Let a coach help!

What will the workouts look like?

This program is created with full-body workouts using mainly dumbbells to help you gain strength and endurance. We will warm up together, workout together and cool down/ stretch together as well. Everything is adaptable and we promise you will leave feeling amazing!
