Who it's for
Beginner-level fitness class designed to help you build strength and endurance- at your own pace. Whether you are just starting your fitness journey or returning from time away, this class offers supportive, judgement-free environment to get you moving.

Schedule
Monday, Wednesday, & Thursday's from 10am-11am.

What to expect
With a focus on proper technique and steady progress, you'll develop the confidence and skills needed for long term success. Sessions are lower intensity and capped at a smaller class size to ensure personal attention and guidance from a professional coach.

What will the workouts look like?
When you arrive, you'll be greeted by a friendly face and welcomed into a supportive environment. Each workout lasts 45 minutes to an hour and is fully coach-guided, ensuring you feel confident every step of the way. Our programming is designed to meet you where you are-making fitness accessible, sustainable, and personalized to your goals. Come build your Strong Foundation in a safe and friendly environment!
